 yay ! tmr The Big Groove!! cant wait for it. ralph is going !(: waimun & co. is going too ! aww ! cant wait to see awesome dance ! :D lets rocks the dance floor tmr ! :D :D :D woke up at 6am.shower,etc.left house at 7am. ran about 11.6km today.but the timing aint good. before the holidays begin, our timing was 1hr 09mins. & now is 1hr 19mins or more.gotta train hard ! gonna try to make time in the evening to run. anyone want to accompany or maybe join me?(: (: home at 9.30am.din't went for breakfast. shower,watch tv.left house at 12pm. headed for work. long hours of standing.leg is damn pain pain now ! how i wish i aint working tmr & rest at home. damn tired now.offf to sleep.or maybe i'm too excited to sleep-_- |
