SYOG cancelled, went for jogging instead. hasn't been jogging for soon to be 1month or more.
starting was okay, still able to maintain my speed & stamina. but later part of the jog, i really can't take it.
leg begin to be pain & had no energy to jog. ran around 10km or slightly more. oh! & even went TreeTop walk.
kinda regret to walk up. lots of stairs. & mr tan made us run up the slope!.___. ahh!
today jog like 2hrs, exceed than usual. went for car-washing & headed to amk drive-thru mac for breakfast.
quickly rush home, bath & out of the house. stupid bus 123 everytime come so long! reached BB HQ soon to 2pm.
service was great. know new friends. leaders went back church for meeting while some of us went coffeshop to have dinner, intro one another & headed to GWC. people are cindy, ah siang, tingting, danielKhew, vincent, audrey, winnie, chantel, rainie, christine, danny, zhirong, pinche
roamed around then walked to clarke quay. sat at a place to play games(: murder & police & Go, Jump, Back!(:
vincent & danielKhew was trying their best to harm me! left at around 7.50pm.
bus16 to tiong, send them to mrt & home sweet home(:

i'm so so tired now! never revise for the day! i want to sleep!(:
